About Me

Monica is a qualified and experienced HR and Organisational Development professional, dedicated to championing ‘people’ in the workplace. With over twenty years strategic and operational human resource and learning and development experience, she has an excellent record of delivering innovative human resource solutions in private, public and not for profit sectors. She intrinsically understands how people play an integral part to an organisation’s success, applying an effective commercial balance between strategic, operational and people agendas. As a consultant, she has learnt to be highly adaptable and flexible and is comfortable working on both small and large scale projects. An experienced coach and business partner, she displays a dynamic and energetic approach, towards developing individual and organisational behaviours and practices that drive high performance.

Monica works extensively with clients to support cultural transformation and behaviourial change, supporting clients through designing and delivering organisational change; cultural transformation, management and leadership development, the development of competency frameworks, assessment, talent management, succession planning and performance management.
